  Three centuries ago, the compass was perfected in Catolia, and Furres could sail west, away from the coast. They discovered a large lush island continent, home to enormous flying birds they called Scarhawks, and the arts of falconry grew into Birdmastery. There was a great golden age of chivalry, as the Raptor Knights rose to power. Wars broke out, but in time one lord rose to power. His name was King Constantine the First, and he called his domain Kasuria. He brought peace by ordering the Olde Worlde nobles (the Great Houses) to each ally with the strongest Kasurian forces. The young governors he knighted, and their businesses and families became the Lesser Houses.
  
  On a completely unrelated note; in the present day there was a bunny named Wasabi who came from a long line of witches. I mean, who like really cares about all this Kasuria stuff? Like buh! This is my story! So where were we? Oh, right. A witch. Wasabi had inherited the spell book of her mother and had set out into the world to make a name for herself selling potions, incantations and charms to those who had the money to afford them. However, the bunny was as attentive as her ancestors, in fact she would spend most of her time reading fanciful stories about knights and dragons (like the first paragraph) or raiding the pantry instead of practicing the art of alchemy. Oops.
  
  Maybe this would be the reason why she accidentally turned her childhood friend Makizushi into a cat? Well don't blame me! How was I supposed to know that you had to use fresh "eye of newt"? Or that I don't even know what a newt is and used strawberries. It tasted better! Now armed with magic she couldn't possibly wield correctly, a lust for gold and cake, along with her trusty sidekick, Wasabi would travel the world to sell her wares, eat exotic treats and make new friends!
  
  Well, friends until they discovered her potions didn't do exactly as she advertised.
  
  While it may not seem like it, what Wasabi lacks in alchemy she more than makes up for in spell casting. She wields the elements pretty well; though there are the odd backfires...such as summoned demons, or that entire town that got transported to the bottom of the ocean. But hey! That's neither here nor there, right?
